You Agree and Confirm
1. That you will use the services provided by pristal.co.in, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.
2. You will provide true, accurate, complete, and current information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Pristal.co.in reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), pristal.co.in has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of pistal.co.in and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
3. To compensate pristal.co.in for any extra cost incurred for re-delivery in the event of a non-delivery in the first instance on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information).
4. That you are using your best and prudent judgment before entering any transaction through this Site doing so at your sole risk.
Orders & Payments
- All orders placed on pristal.co.in are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
- Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during checkout, including name, address, and contact details.
- Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Only products purchased directly from the pristal.co.in are eligible for replacements
- For items purchased through other e-commerce platforms or retail partners, please contact the respective entity directly for information on their return policy and related assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on location, but we strive to deliver within 3 to 5 days.
- Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, courier issues, or customs clearance.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- Goods once delivered are not returnable
- A replacement is possible in case of occurrence of the following events
- The product is leaking or damaged upon delivery
- The product is expired
- The wrong variant / product was delivered (for e,g Color Protect was delivered while the order placed was for Softening)
- Request for replacement must be reported with 5 days from date of delivery along with an unboxing video at the time of delivery
- There is no processing fee for a replacement. However if the product replaced is a higher priced product, the difference amount will have to be paid by you
- Refunds will be issued only in the following circumstances
- The product ordered is not available in stock with us
- The shipping address is not serviceable by us
- Payment has been made twice for a single order from the same mobile number
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- In the case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order has been placed.
- In the case of Cash On Delivery, the amount will be transferred to the Bank Account mentioned while placing the return request.
Product Use & Liability

- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damages caused due to misuse of our products.
- If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
